Support Policy:
The Intersoft Group, Inc. provides Ninety (90) days of free support on all custom web applications or their modification. The Free Support Period begins immediately upon publish of the application or modification.
Free support includes correction of programming code errors not discovered during the testing and review period, minor changes to content such as correcting spelling and grammatical errors, and problem troubleshooting. Free support does not include the addition or removal of functionality or the adding of pages or content. Nor does it include applications or part of applications that are not provided by Intersoft. Modification of the application by parties other than Intersoft may void the free support period.
After the Free Support Period, and unless a Maintenance or Support Only Contract is purchased, Intersoft will charge it's normal billable rates for support.

2010 Holiday eCommerce Sales Set Record
The 2010 holiday season, which runs from November through December, set an all time record with online sales up 12% over the year 2009, reaching $32.6 billion, according to ComScore.
Cyber Monday, which is usually thought of as a day that does not meet its expectations, finally paid off. Cyber Monday, the Monday following Thanksgiving weekend, is being ranked as the heaviest online spending day, topping out at $1.028 billion.
Starting aggressive promotions earlier in the Holiday season such as online-only sales and free shipping offers seemed to help online retailers.
Online clothing saw the biggest uptick in their sales, as it rose to 25.7%. Selling electronics on the web seems to becoming more the norm as their online sales rose to 12.2% from a year ago and online jewelry sales, though struggling a little bit, rose to 4.5%.

Tech Tips: Undeliverable Email Problems When Sending to the Free Email Account or ISP Providers
If you are having problems sending your emails to the free email account providers such as, yahoo.com or hotmail.com and/or to the large ISP's such as Comcast.net then you will want to change your Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP) to your Internet Service Provider's (ISP) SMTP server.
Your ISP is the company that provides you with your Internet Access. This would be a company like AT&T or Time Warner, etc. You should always be using your ISP's SMTP Server to send out your emails as most ISP's prefer this and it will help prevent against sending problems.
