INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVES
The Intersoft Group, Inc. is a 15-year award winning Web Design & Development firm based in Beachwood, Ohio. We are currently seeking highly motivated, aggressive, commission-only Inside Sales Representatives to sell industry specific and custom web applications to the following industries:
- B2B
- Retail
- Financial
- Real Estate
- Non Profit
- Manufacturing
- And others!
Job Requirements:
- Able to manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact (cold calling); overcoming objectives; asking for sales; creating proposals; negotiating price; completing sales orders; explaining terms and conditions; explaining and offering Maintenance plans.
- Able to identify key decision makers.
- Identify new opportunities and grow existing relationships.
- Meet monthly & yearly sales goals.
- Build sales pipeline.
- Conduct online demos with prospects.
- Respond to inbound telephone inquiries.
- Maintain current account relationships for up-sale possibilities.
- Able to discuss solutions with prospects & current clients who have a wide-range of needs.
- Able to provide feedback to the marketing team.
- Provide Management accurate sales forecasts by completing weekly reports.
- Work with Intersoft's System Engineers when a proposal is accepted.
- Actively listen and collaborate with customers and other members of the company (internal technical/customer support staff) to meet client needs.
- Report directly to the Sales Manager.
- All accounts are handled over the telephone or by email in an office environment, Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm.
Skills/Requirements
We are looking for individuals who have:
- 1 to 3 years' minimum experience in Inside Sales and cold calling.
- Previous experience in Internet/Web Application sales a plus OR a strong understanding of e-commerce, e-business, hosting, Internet terms, technologies and protocols
- Strong prospecting and closing skills.
- A proven track record of achieving or over achieving sales goals.
- Excellent computer skills and experience using Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication via telephone, email and in person.
- Must be a self-starter and able to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced working environment with the ability to multi-task.
- Good professional judgment.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Ability and desire to learn new Web Application products and understand the client's need for it.
- Highly energetic individual -- a true "go getter".
- Have an overwhelming desire to be involved in creating a nationally recognized Internet Web Development company.
