IHN offers compassionate care to homeless families, alleviates the trauma of homelessness and assists families in securing a stable home. Challenge: IHN was in need of an online donation solution that was affordable yet provided all the features of the more expensive donation systems. IHN needed a donation form that was matched to their current websites "look and feel", an integrated email campaigning solution to capture their donor's email addresses for future newsletters and updates, a link to their printable donation form and a payment gateway for real-time online credit card processing with their own Virtual Online Terminal. Solution: eCubedORG Online Fundraising IHN chose Intersoft Group's eCubedORG Contribute as a solution to their needs. eCubedORG Contribute allowed IHN to receive a professional online donation system. Intersoft matched IHN's current website look to their donation forms. eCubedORG Contribute also gave IHN an integrated Email Campaigning system. This allowed for Opted In email addresses to be added to their mailing lists so that IHN could send their online donors future newsletters and updates. A link to their printable donation form was added to their online form for those donors that do not wish to place their donation online. Real-time credit card processing of donations to IHN's bank account was also a feature that eCubedORG Contribute provided.
